Dancing is good for you, it improves many different factors such as posture, balance, fitness and strength.


Dancing will definitely lift your mood and increase your social life.

Dancing can have long term benefits too, such as weight loss, reduced risk of heart disease and osteoporosis, lowers blood pressure; it’s good for your heart, lungs, bones and joints and generally makes you feel healthier and happier.


I have been very highly trained and have over 40 years of experience.

In my younger days I achieved 3rd in the World Championships and Runner Up in the British Championships, whilst also winning various Regional Championships.

My proudest moment was being selected to dance for the

England and Great Britain Teams.


My aim is to share with you my love and experience of Ballroom, Latin and Sequence dancing and provide you with easy to learn dance classes in and around Malvern for all ages and abilities. I also run Dance Socials for your dance practice needs that include Daytime Tea Dances and Evening Social Dances in Malvern.


I also run a fun Solo Dance Class providing Ballroom & Latin Routines in a ‘Line Style’, this is a great way to learn Ballroom and Latin moves without a partner and will also improve your fitness.
